How do I get started with GlowUp Virtual Academy?
Book a free 1-to-1 assessment through our website. We’ll identify your child’s current level, discuss their goals, and build a personalised learning plan. Then choose a plan and start classes.
Are your teachers qualified?
Yes! All our teachers are certified educators with university degrees and specialized training in online teaching. They undergo rigorous screening and training to ensure the highest quality instruction for your child.
What technology do we need for classes?
You’ll need a laptop or desktop computer (tablets work but computers are recommended), a stable internet connection, a webcam, and a microphone/headset. We use user-friendly video conferencing software that’s easy to set up.
How flexible is the scheduling?
Very flexible! You can schedule classes at times that work for your family, including evenings and weekends. We accommodate different time zones for our diaspora families and allow you to reschedule with 24-hour notice.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Absolutely! There are no long-term contracts. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan at any time. We believe in earning your trust through quality service, not contractual obligations.
Do you follow a specific curriculum?
We align with 6 curricula — British, Nigerian, American, Ontario (Canadian), Australian, and EYFS. Our tutors adapt sessions to match your child’s school curriculum directly.
What if my child doesn't connect with the teacher?
Teacher compatibility is important to us. If for any reason your child doesn’t connect with their assigned teacher, simply let us know and we’ll match them with a different educator at no extra cost. Your child’s comfort and success are our priorities.
